XMAS 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY
During the holidays we have extended our return policy so you can feel safe buying christmas presents from us. This is valid for purchases made between 1th december to 24th december.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once we receive your order it will be sent an order confirmation to your email. It includes all relevant information about your order. Always check your confirmation and contact Customer Service immediately if anything seems unclear.
If you wish to change an order afterwards, contact customer service with your question so we can see if we can help you! When changes in orders already shipped, special conditions apply. Contact us for more information.
DELIVERY POINT
We only ship within Europe. The package is delivered to the nearest delivery point. Once the package has arrived at your delivery point you will recieve a text notification that you need to show at pick-up together with ID.
You can also use your parcel number to redeem your order.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is usually 5-8 working days from order date, please also expect one or two more days during christmas holidays. For bikes, delivery time is usually 5-12 working days. For exports and countries outside of the EU please consider own countries delivery date and expect 20 days or more. In case of a long delay in delivery you are entitled to cancel the purchase. We are not liable against discontinued items or any price errors.
DELAY OF DELIVERY
While we do our utmost to deliver what has been ordered in the promised time, shit can happen. If delivery is delayed from what has been promised, please contact us immediately so we can investigate why the delivery is delayed. If you want to cancel the delayed goods, please contact customer service. Nordic Adventure is not liable for any damage that come as a result of an announced delivery time is exceeded.
TRANSPORT
Transport is made by using DHL or Postnord. Delivery in respective country can vary.
Report shipping damage as soon as possible and without delay to DHL, www.dhl.com

We reserve us to change transport to DHL if the package is to big.
PAYMENT TERMS
These general conditions apply to all agreements you close on nordicadventure.com. By ordering goods on nordicadventure.com you accept the general terms and conditions. The agreement is established as your order is accepted. By law, you must be over 18 to get make a card payment on nordicadventure.com.
DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS
Offers without a clear end date is valid while stocks last. Nordic Adventure is not liable against out-of-stock or discontinued items which may result in partial deliveries.

Sometimes it happens that some of the goods you ordered is out of stock and will be backordered. That would occur if the goods is not in stock at that exact time or that the delivery is delayed. In that case we will contact you within 1-3 days. Contact us if you wish to cancel your residual listing or if you have any questions regarding delivery times, etc.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
In case of an unclaimed package the recpient will be charged a fee of 350 SEK. The fee covers the costs of processing the order, return shipping and handling. Payment terms are 30 days. When payment is late a payment fee of 50 SEK together with interest and possibly a collection cost will be charged. If you change your mind once the package has been sent from us, you must pick up the package at your delivery point and send it back to us. If the package is not collected, it will be automatically registered as unclaimed and charged accordingly.
PRICES
All prices on nordicadventure.com are quoted in SEK, including VAT.
CARD PAYMENT
We offer our customers to pay directly online with credit card payment. No card fee will be charged. We reserve the right to refuse purchase if the card is not valid or if the purchase price is not available for billing.
After that you in the checkout chosen to pay your purchase by credit card, you moved on to a payment window that will guide you through your purchase. We accept purchase with Visa and MasterCard.
For you as a consumer to feel safe when shopping online nordicadventure.com we cooperate with SveaWebPay for the exchange of credit / debit card payments. SveaWebPay are certified by both Swedish and foreign banks and card companies. All information relating to your payment is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to transfer to SveaWebPay and your credit card information either recorded or stored by Nordic Adventure. Please note that you must have parental permission to shop at Nordic Adventure if you are under 18 years!
Gift cards
Change and return goods
You have right to full return and exchange within 14 days after you received the goods, provided that you have not used the product and that it is returned in undamaged condition.
Clothes may be tested, but not used. Return and exchange law does not apply to underwear. All labels must remain on the goods. All goods returned must be packed in bags or boxed.
To return to be approved, the returned item be in substantially unaltered. The item should be properly sealed, preferably in its original packaging with accompanying inner packaging and along with any accessories, transport damage due to faulty packaging will be charged to your account. Put no address labels directly on the packaging but add the original box in another box.
We prefer that you provide reason for the return, and return the product together with the invoice (or a copy of the invoice, front and back) that accelerates the handling out your return.
Please use this form if you want to change or return your product or item. On the backside of the shipping ticket you will find a return ticket. Please use the return ticket and find your closest DHL-carrier.
If you chose a different delivery method, please note that you will have to order your return delivery/slip through info@nordicadventure.com. We will charge you 150 SEK for shipping provides by us.
This does not include return shipping from other contries then Sweden. In this case, buyer provides own shipping.
Save your receipt, - be aware that you are responsible for return shipping! For return outside of Sweden, the costumer are responsible for chosing a responsible method of delivery for returning goods.
Nordic Adventure accepts no responsibility for shipping damage due to poor packing when returning.
If you want to change the size of an item, you must make a new order through nordicadventure.com. When replacing, return or claim, we go after the consumer's rules for e-commerce.
Cancel of purchase
Our objective is that you will be satisfied with the goods or the goods you buy from us. When you shop from Nordic Adventure or through our customer service, you have therefore under the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you received the goods. However, you must notify our customer service this.
In order to more quickly handle your case please provide us with the following information:
- order number
- invoice number
- title of the product you want to return.
You should note that it is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal not to pick up a package or not to accept a delivery.
REFUNDS
Refunding for returned goods is to be payed to the customer's account within 30 days. We will deduct tranportation fees and handling from the amount refunded.
DISCLAIMER
Nordic Adventure is not liable for out of stock or discontinued items. We can not guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance. We also reserve for typographical errors on this website.
Nordic Adventure reserves the right to adjust prices and possible price errors.
FORCE MAJEURE
Nordic Adventure is exempt from penalty for failure to perform certain obligations under this Agreement if such failure is due to any releasing factor as described below and the fact prevent, hinder or delay performance. As liberating circumstance shall be deemed to include government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire, flood, sabotage, accident, extend, or other type of natural disaster. The force majeure includes government decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as restrictions of indication, warnings, bans etc, abnormal decline in the market and the in case the company is exposed to criminal activity that affect the business.
Distance and Doorstep Sales Act
Nordic Adventure complies to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act.
